Arctic Chill™ aluminum radiators and aftercoolers begin with a top of the line American made, 100% aluminum furnace brazed core. This means no epoxy, which due to heat, can break down, causing leaks.
The next step is the machine bent, .080" aluminum tanks, not the competitions typically stamped .040" or less tanks. Then each unit is entirely TIG welded, with an end product second to none in quality and appearance.
After completion, each radiator has 30 p.s.i. of air pressure placed on it while submersed in our water tank. This exceeds the pressure that the radiator will be subjected to during use, whether racing or on the street. This process actually exceeds the industry standards.
Our aftercoolers and oil coolers undergo the same rigorous testing, only at higher pressures. This process allows for exceptional quality control and inspection.
